Bengt Hammar received his BA and MPA from Princeton University in 1977. After nine years with Citibank/ Citicorp Investment Bank in London, he joined Morgan Stanley in 1986 where he became responsible for creating their European Forest Products and Packaging Coverage Team. In 1995 Bengt joined BZW as a Managing Director responsible for their Global Forest Products and Packaging Group. In 1998, Bengt was engaged by Jaakko Pöyry Consulting in order to develop a business plan for Pöyry Capital and was later appointed its President & CEO.
