Roger Lowe joined Pöyry Capital from TI Group, which had recently merged with Smiths Industries. At TI Group he was Group Director of Corporate Finance, responsible for all merger and acquisition and general corporate finance activities. Previously Roger spent over 10 years working in investment banking at Lazard in London and New York. At Lazard his experience covered a range of activities, including M&A, divestitures, fund raising, privatisations and strategic financial advice. Roger holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
