Stora Enso has divested the Wolfsheck Mill in Southern Germany to a subsidary of Arques Industries, a German financial investor group.
The mill produces wallpaper base and SC papers. Under the new owner the SC production will be gradually transferred to speciality paper grades. Annual capacity is some 155,000 tonnes and the mill employs about 200 people. The divestiture is part of Stora Enso's Asset Performance Review (APR), which aims to secure a competitive European production base.
